Ulstein Bridge Vision
What if we could redefine the whole bridge environment and change everything from the room layout to furniture design, and from the fundamental interaction techniques to details on the screen? This is the scope for the researchers, designers and engineers developing the Ulstein Bridge Concept (UBC) project. Together we aim to create research and designs that can direct the development of the future ship bridges of offshore service vessels.
ULSTEIN BRIDGE VISION™ is based on the users’ needs and provides a safe and user friendly working environment. At the same time, the bridge provides forward-looking solutions the world has never seen before..

The installation aims to explore the possibilities that projectors offer, especially in bringing interactive artworks outside into the urban environment where the general public can be surprised while observing and interacting with the pieces.
The piece was commissioned at Galley ROM in Oslo and the Hove music festival in 2013.
Studio, gallery and workshop
The Bakery was studio collaboration in Oslo where we explored and developed projects and installations in the intersection between art, design and technology.
This project combine product and digital design in a nice way. The wristbands have sensors communicating with the App, allowing you to create beats on the go in a fun and intuitive way.
HumanEQ, an interactive sound installation that explore how an equalizer works. It triggers by movement of the human body and boosting up the volume in visuals and sound in the different frequency ranges depending of how you move your body. By direct interaction the HumanEQ will reflect the silhouette to the participants in movement and transformation to an equalizer. HumanEQ is for you play in fascination and curiosity and get a small but magical understanding about sound is and how it works.
Ulstein Marine Automation
Award winning alarm and automation system for offshore ships. See more at Ulstein.com
Digital tv concept made for RiksTV in 20008. Project include product and interaction design. The strengt in the project was the combination of touchscreen and physical interface in the remote control in a slick design. Tv boxes and remote controls still today have a tendency to not look good or behave intuitive.
Interactive toy that lay eggs when you approach. A small project created with Arduino, IR sensors and mechanical movement. Mostly just for fun :)
The concept here is a glowing bulb of ice melting in time as the candle run out. A small little project made a decade ago.. I still like it!
Ulstein Bridge Concept
The Ulstein Bridge Vision operator’s desk at Norshipping June 2013 is designed as a demonstrator unit for the interaction scenarios to be shown at the venue. The main focus of the installation is to contribute to the overall ambition of presenting the most user oriented interaction possible by rethinking the organization of information and control for the content and systems on advanced offshore vessels in order to improve life at sea thus contributing to safety and efficiency.
This is me
What if you had one picture of your life?
One object that should represent who are?
One object you can say: this is me!
Art project on the concept of time in how to capture it. This image consist of 25554 selfies captured in September 2011.
This is me is a journey in time. This is me is an exploration of my present based on a research of my history that enable us to understand more about ourselves. It helps us to use the information overload that many of us face today to communicate and document our life in the future.
